How to Use the Site

The Homepage / Indexpage

The homepage is the starting point of online shopping with Solware. If at any point during your visit you click on the ‘home’ link at the top of the left or right borders, you will be returned to the home page of the website.

You can browse through our range by selecting the product or product category that you are interested in. All pages contain links to our latest special offers and deals, as well as our customer services/information pages.

By shopping online with Solware, you still enjoy the benefits of shopping in your local store with high quality products, excellent service and upto 80% lower prices than on the High Street. Finding the right item and making a payment is easy, and is explained below. However, if you don’t want to pay online, you can order items by selecting Cash, Cheque or Other Payment allows you to forward payment in alternate metods.

How do I Search for Products?

If you want to buy online, the first thing you will need to do is find the product(s) you’re looking for. There are several ways of doing this.

You can browse through our entire online catalogue by selecting one of the categories, either from the homepage or from the navigation bar on either side of the site. Whilst browsing, you can view products, add them to the cart by clicking the ' Quick Buy ' button and when you have ordered all the items required click View Cart and proceed through the check out

You can also search for products by name – simply enter the type of product (e.g 7210 ghost sim, v200 house charger ) into the search box in the left margin on every page by typing the word/s and we will produce all of the products which match your chosen word/s.

Once you have found the product(s) you’re looking for, just click on the quick buy button if you wish to purchase them. Remember, you can remove products from the cart at any time.

How do I Pay for My Products?

If you wish to order for home delivery, then paying for your products is simple. Once you have added all of your items to the cart, select the ‘View Order’ option and you will be directed to the shopping cart where you can then proceed with your order by completeing all fields required, normally highlighted in BOLD writing.

Having entered your address details, you will be presented with the delivery options which are available for your order. These options will vary depending on the type of products you have ordered, but most items will be despatched 1st class post for next day deliveryif ordered before 2pm monday to firday. Delivery is FREE but you can specify Recorded or Special delivery and pay for this delivery service if you require.

Finally, having selected your preferred delivery option, you will be asked to complete your payment details. Again, all fields marked in Bold must be completed. Having completed your payment details, select ‘continue’ to place your order. You will receive an on-screen confirmation with your order number and details, which you should make a note of for future reference. We will also send you an email confirming that we have received your order.
